·   Designed and developed a Center Performance Measurement System to support the EPCS as a front-end management tool to assess program execution status by the Senior Air Force Leadership.  Created an automated process to take P3 schedule data to depict a graphical rating representation of the EPCS.

·   Designed, developed and implemented an Integrated Master Schedule/Integrated Master Plan for the public-private competitions at 2 major Air Force Bases. Integrated both bases’ MS Project activities as well as headquarters’ tracking milestones into P3 schedules. Monthly updates to the schedules were briefed to the Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition.

 

Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, RI.

 

·   Developed a formal MK48/ADCAP Mods Torpedo Program Plan to address the technical tasks required to transition the Mods Program from development through in-water testing and approval. Designed schedules to show task durations, start/finish dates, summary activities, and identified the schedule supporting linkages and sub-projects. ·   Developed a “Zero-Based POM” Total Cost Estimate using a “bottom-up” approach in response to a 25% cut in the ADCAP Mods Program to develop, demonstrate, and produce three variants of a proposed Advanced Submarine Launched Mobile Mine.
